Our Festival
& Events
Site
started in 1996 as a way to help promote
appearances of artists whose work we
featured at the Artist
Community.
The festival list grew from about 15 that
first year to many hundred over the next
2-3 years. While never the largest
festival site on the net, we enjoyed being
visited by thousands of people every week
during much of 1997-2001.
Our focus has shifted gradually over the
last two years and we find we can no
longer support the festival list. We very
much want to thank
Karen
and Ted
for all the hours they spent updating and
contacting event sponsors, as well as all
of the event
sponsors
who we have met over the years. We have
enjoyed meeting and emailing you and wish
you continued good fortune with your
events.
We would also like to thank the
thousands
of people
who have stopped by this site over the
years. We appreciate your interest and
were always glad to hear from you and hope
you will continue
to visit
this and other Montanesque sites.
We are slowly
archiving
lots of festival
photos
that were taken from 1996-1999, and hope
to have them available from this page (top
left corner).
So, where are we going? Nowhere. Our
Artist
Community
site is very active so please be sure to
visit often. Our Montanesque
Enterprises
site continues to provide design and
support services and, in 2000, we launched
jdwarrick.com
web site as an easy way to find JD's music
on the web. Then in 2001 we added a new
eStores
by
Montanesque
service to help small businesses sell
products on their site and in 2003 we
began development of The
Binding
Thread
site. Please be sure to bookmark these
